What we collect, and why.

Mike Bruce Design ("MBD", "we") runs mikebrucedesign.com. This notice explains what we collect when you use the site, what we do with it and the choices you have. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

• What you send us. When you book a Brand Clarity Call, apply to the SME Accelerator or ask for your Brand Growth Audit™ report, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email, and anything else in the form, such as your role, country, phone or WhatsApp number, and your audit scores.
• Where you came from. If you arrive from a link with campaign tags, or from another website, we keep that source with your enquiry so we know which channels work.
• How the site is used. Only if you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, scroll depth and button clicks, through the analytics tools listed below.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, send your report or confirmation, and follow up about it.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can prepare for your call.
• To understand which pages and campaigns help people, if you have accepted analytics.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a newsletter without asking.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare hosts the website and processes form submissions.
• Notion stores enquiry records for our team.
• Resend sends the emails you receive from us.
• Analytics, only with your consent: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insight and Meta Pixel, where enabled. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also be used; it does not set cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are in conversation with you and for up to two years after our last contact, unless we become clients, in which case our contract sets the terms. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. You can change your analytics choice by clearing this site's data in your browser; the cookie choice will appear again.
