Book a Brand Clarity Call

Rebranding agency · corporate rebrands & repositioning A rebrand is a decision, not a new logo.

A rebrand is right when the company has moved on and the brand hasn't: the strategy has changed, the market has changed or the company has grown past the identity that got it here. We reposition first, keep the equity worth keeping, then rebuild the identity and the touchpoints as one system.

The diagnosis

Most rebrands change the look and keep the problem.

A new logo is the most visible part of a rebrand and the least important. If the position underneath stays vague, the new identity inherits the old confusion, and the company has paid to look different without becoming clearer.

We start with the decision, then the design. Elizabeth & Lanky's strategic repositioning was followed by 400% revenue growth after relaunch. The identity carried it. The position made it work.

When to rebrand

Five triggers we see most.

01

Revenue outgrew the brand

The company sells more than the brand explains. Scaling founders

02

Equity looks dated

Years of reputation, presented like a decade ago. Established businesses

03

New market, new buyer

A position built for home, entering a market that has never heard the name. Market entry

04

A raise or a merger

The story has to survive diligence, or several brands must become one structure. Pre-raise

Refresh or rebrand?

Change only what has stopped working.

  • A refresh keeps the position and updates the expression: type, colour, templates
  • A rebrand changes the position, and the identity changes because the position did
  • The Brand Growth Audit™ baseline shows which you need, before anyone designs anything
  • Recognition you have earned is kept on purpose, not lost by accident

Questions

Asked before every engagement.

How do we know if we need a rebrand or a refresh?

If the position still describes the company and the market, you need a refresh: the expression has aged. If the company, its buyers or its strategy have changed, you need a rebrand. A Brand Growth Audit baseline shows which, before any design starts.

Will we lose the recognition we have built?

Not if the rebrand is planned around it. We identify the equity customers already recognise and decide deliberately what to keep, what to evolve and what to retire.

What does a rebrand include?

Repositioning and messaging, a new or evolved identity system with guidelines, the key touchpoints (website, collateral, templates) and a rollout and handover plan, so your team can run the new brand without us.

How much does a rebrand cost?

Investment is set in a written proposal after a Brand Clarity Call and a Brand Growth Audit baseline, scoped to the phases you actually need. We don't publish prices for enterprise engagements. For smaller Nigerian businesses, the SME Accelerator runs a subsidised version with published prices.

Next step

Thirty minutes. One diagnosis.

We'll tell you where your system is leaking and whether we're the right people to close it. No pitch deck. You leave with a diagnosis, whether or not we work together.
