Then test it
Send it with every pitch. Copy the page into a document or PDF, attach it to a short email that shows you know the event, and update it every time you add a talk or a clip.

Questions
What goes on a speaker one-sheet?
Your name and descriptor, a short bio, two or three talks with titles, promises and takeaways, the audience and format, technical needs, proof, and how to book you.
Should I put my fee on it?
Usually not. State your policy in the email and discuss numbers once the organiser is interested.
What if I have no speaking history?
Leave the proof field blank and focus on the topics and audience. Add a short clip as soon as you have one.
How long should the bio be?
Three to four sentences on the sheet. Keep a longer version ready if the organiser asks.
Is my sheet saved?
Only in your browser, on this device. Nothing is sent to us.
