A love story, engineered into a luxury house.

400%
Revenue growth following relaunch.
01 · Overview
A heritage fashion and jewellery house repositioned to sit beside the world's luxury houses, with an identity built on the love story it was founded on.
Elizabeth & Lanky crafts jewellery, fashion and accessories for discerning customers. Its vision is to be recognised globally as a luxury house that merges heritage storytelling with modern design.
The brand carries a deeply personal origin: the enduring love story of Mr Lanky and Mrs Elizabeth Bruce. That story was the asset. It was not yet visible in the brand.
02 · Challenge
Luxury is a promise the market reads before it touches the product.
The identity had to communicate luxury, joy and timeless elegance at the level of the top global fashion houses, while honouring a heritage that is personal, not corporate.
It also had to work everywhere a luxury house shows up: jewellery engraving, packaging, boutique signage, social avatars and digital platforms, without losing clarity.
03 · Solution
One mark that tells the whole story, if you look closely.
Discovery began with the heritage itself. The E&L monogram fuses the first letters of Elizabeth and Lanky, with the L flipped to face the E: unison and commitment. The empty space at the top right equals the base of the E at the bottom left, a union drawn in negative space.
That negative space also forms an inverted B, for Bruce, the family name. The rectangular form carries stability and longevity. A high-contrast serif wordmark with custom letterforms places the house beside the language of Dior, Cartier and Valentino.
The palette is Champagne Gold and Midnight Black, supported by Pearl White, Blush Rose and Deep Emerald, each with a defined purpose from metallic foils to seasonal collections.
