Ikeja Hotels
A premium hospitality brand, rebuilt for the screen.

The result
45%
Increase in qualified inbound leads following relaunch.
01 · Overview
A hospitality group whose digital presence lagged its properties, repositioned around a booking journey that matches the brand's standard of service.
Ikeja Hotels Plc is a hospitality management company that owns and operates high-profile properties in Lagos, with a reputation for service, luxury and comfort.
Its website and booking platforms had not kept pace with the properties. The market met the brand online first, and met a lesser version of it.
02 · Challenge
The website was the front desk, and it was cluttered.
The existing interface was outdated, with poor navigation that detracted from the experience and the brand values behind it.
The goals were clear: carry the brand's luxury into the digital experience, raise engagement and direct bookings, and serve the growing share of guests who book on mobile.
03 · Solution
Research first. Then a journey with no friction in it.
Stakeholder interviews with marketing and management, user research across feedback, surveys and analytics, and a competitive analysis of hospitality best practice set the direction.
The UX strategy simplified booking and navigation into one seamless route from landing page to confirmation. The UI strategy carried the brand's palette, typography and imagery, with interactive elements that hold attention.
Low-fidelity wireframes mapped flows and hierarchy; high-fidelity prototypes let stakeholders see the experience before it was built. The final design is mobile-first and fully responsive, with clear calls to action throughout.
